Before placing your order, Send me a message:

Tell me your wants & dreams....
• Color (or chaotic description 👀)
• Finish (jelly, crelly, crème, shimmer, flake, holo, etc.)
• Inspiration (photos, moods, “this felt like a good idea at the time”)

Place your order
Lock it in. The chaos begins.

💅 Concept + refinement (respectfully, get it together)

I’ll create your first version based on your idea. We can tweak it — within reason. Your order includes up to 2 rounds of refinements to adjust color, depth, finish, or overall vibe.

During the refinement process, I’ll provide swatches and/or photos so we can dial it in. Once your final version is approved, you’ll receive a 5 mL mini proof bottle before your full-size polish is made.

If this turns into:
• 17 versions of the same polish
• A full identity crisis halfway through
• Or “wait what if…” every five minutes

🫸 I will step in and say: we are choosing a direction.

Additional changes beyond the included refinements — or major concept shifts — will require a new order. Because the goal is a finished polish… not emotional support for indecision.

🪄 Final Approval + Production

Once you approve the final version, I’ll bring it to life. No changes can be made after approval. Each polish is handcrafted, bottled, and prepped just for you.

⏳ Timing

Made to order (pre-order style). Production takes 7–14 business days after final approval, and delays in response may extend turnaround time.

🎨 Originality Matters (we don’t copy, we create)

Zo Zo & Co is built on original, handcrafted color — not copies.

I won’t recreate or intentionally duplicate a polish made by another maker. If there’s a specific shade you love, I encourage you to support that brand and purchase directly from them.

If you’re inspired by something you’ve seen — or haven’t seen yet — we can absolutely channel the vibe, tone, or energy and create something uniquely yours. Because we’re here to create chaos — not copy paste.

🧾 Custom Order Policy (said lovingly, but firmly)

Because each polish is custom created and approved by you, all custom orders are final sale.

Once your final version is approved and your 5 mL proof bottle is confirmed, your full-size polish will be made based on that exact formula.

Due to the nature of custom work, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available.

That said — I want you to love what we create. We take the time during the refinement process to get it right before anything is finalized.

• The more specific your idea, the closer we land on the first try
• “Vibes” are welcome — just know they may take a little interpretation

• Decisiveness makes better polish. Trust your instincts.
