Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because orders are processed quickly, requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be modified.

Can I combine orders?

If you place multiple orders and would like them combined, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to combine orders when they have not yet entered processing; however, this cannot be guaranteed. If combining is possible, any applicable shipping overage may be refunded at our discretion

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Orders ship to the address entered at checkout, and customers are responsible for ensuring it is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet entered processing; however, this is not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect packages. Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Because nail polish is considered a hazardous material, all orders ship via ground transportation only—no shortcuts, just safe travels for your new favorites.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted (like during collection launches or high-volume chaos).

Once your order is on the move, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Carrier delays can happen from time to time, but we promise we send it off as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help you file a claim when applicable. Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

What is your return / replacement policy?

Due to the handmade and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.

Why does my polish look slightly different from photos?

Zo Zo & Co polishes are handcrafted in small batches, and slight variations in tone, shimmer, or effect may occur — this is a natural part of handmade polish and part of its character. Lighting, skin tone, and screen settings can also influence how a shade appears.

Some highly pigmented shades, bold colors, or cosmetic pigments may cause temporary staining, especially on bare nails. Using a quality base coat is strongly recommended to help prevent staining and protect the natural nail.

How do I care for my nail polish?

Store it in a cool, dry place — polish likes calm, not chaos (same).

If the pigments separate, give it a little shake — it’s just being dramatic.

Getting thick? Add a few drops of polish thinner (never acetone or alcohol — we’re sarcastic, not monsters).

Let it come to room temperature before using — cold polish and perfection don’t mix.

And obviously, keep it away from open flames. We like things hot, just not that hot.

Are your polishes 5-free / 10-free / cruelty-free?

Zo Zo & Co polishes are crafted using a 21-free suspension base and are cruelty-free, meaning they are not tested on animals. We believe in full transparency — our complete ingredient list is available for your review, and customers are encouraged to check it carefully if they have sensitivities or specific ingredient preferences.

Because our products are handmade and contain cosmetic pigments and specialty effects, individuals with known sensitivities or allergies should review ingredients prior to purchase and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

As with any cosmetic product, individual reactions can vary, and customers accept personal responsibility for safe and appropriate
use.

Will sold out polishes be restocked?

Some Zo Zo & Co polishes may return based on demand and material availability. Because every polish is handmade in small batches, restocks are never guaranteed. Certain shades are released in limited runs and, once gone, may quietly disappear unless their return is officially announced.

If a shade is being reconsidered, reworked, or prepared for a possible return, it may reappear under Under Observation or within our Experimental Phase previews. Members of our Zo Zo & Co FB community group typically hear about restocks and surprise returns first — consider it insider access to the studio.
