Due to the handmade and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. Zo Zo & Co does not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the outer packaging
Your order number

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

After review, we will determine whether a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Carrier Issues

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or theft once the package is in transit.

We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Cosmetic Product Notice

Zo Zo & Co products are cosmetic items intended for nail use only. Because individual sensitivities vary, customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and use.
