Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated during collection launches, preorders, or high-volume periods. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery time depends on the carrier and location. Carrier delays may occur and are outside the control of Zo Zo & Co.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to that address.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Zo Zo & Co is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or theft once the package is in transit.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

Combined Orders

Requests to combine multiple orders must be made immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed. If combining is possible, any shipping overage may be refunded at our discretion.
