Audre the Truth-Teller

Audre Lorde — 1934–1992

A rich olive green with shifting teal, bronze, and antique-gold tones and fine holographic sparkle. Its appearance changes considerably with the lighting, moving from lighter green and teal to warmer olive, gold, and bronze.

Inspired by Audre Lorde, a poet, essayist, librarian, feminist, and activist whose work explored race, gender, sexuality, class, illness, motherhood, and identity. Lorde insisted that differences between people should be acknowledged rather than erased and challenged movements for equality to confront the people they too often excluded.
