The Joy They Sparked
Five shades celebrating courage, visibility, and the people who helped move the LGBTQ+ community forward, accompanied by a tribute topper honoring the moment it all began.
The Joy They Sparked honors those who refused to stay quiet — and the pride, celebration, and progress their courage made possible.
From the first spark of resistance to voices that demanded to be heard, to the love that changed the law, to the freedom to live and express identity openly — each shade reflects a piece of that journey. Together, they tell a story not only of progress, but of the space created for others to live more fully and more freely.
Love, in all its forms, deserves to exist in the open.
$3 from every bottle sold will be donated to The Fort Wayne Pride Center to support local LGBTQ+ community programs and advocacy. Donation period June 1st - August 31st.
Daylight Courage — Harvey Milk
A radiant sunshine yellow filled with sparkling reflective light. Bright, warm, and impossible to ignore, this shade captures the spirit of Harvey Milk’s courage and the visibility he championed.
Harvey Milk was one of the first openly gay elected officials in the United States, serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1977. He fought tirelessly for LGBTQ+ rights and encouraged people to live openly and proudly. His message remains powerful: visibility creates change.
March Forward — Craig Rodwell
An electric neon movement green packed with shifting aurora flakes that flash sky blue, green, purple, and fuchsia as the light moves. Vibrant and kinetic, the polish feels alive with motion — a tribute to Craig Rodwell, organizer of the first Pride march.
Craig Rodwell was a pioneering LGBTQ+ activist who believed visibility and public presence were essential to progress. In 1970, he helped organize the first Christopher Street Liberation Day March — now recognized as the first Pride parade. The movement he helped launch continues to march forward around the world.
Love, Recognized — Jim Obergefell
A glowing crimson packed with fiery microflakes that ignite in the light. Rich, bold, and deeply radiant, this shade honors the love and determination behind one of the most important civil rights cases of our time.
Jim Obergefell was the lead plaintiff in the landmark Supreme Court case Obergefell v. Hodges, which legalized same-sex marriage across the United States in 2015. After his husband John Arthur passed away, Obergefell continued advocating for equality and dignity for LGBTQ+ families. His story is a reminder that love itself can change the law.
Unapologetic Radiance — Freddie Mercury
A glam magenta packed with holographic sparkle, aurora shimmer, and multidimensional flashes of color. Bold, luminous, and impossible to ignore, this polish channels Freddie Mercury’s legendary stage presence.
Freddie Mercury, the iconic frontman of Queen, was known for his extraordinary voice, theatrical performances, and fearless individuality. At a time when many artists hid who they were, Freddie lived and performed with unapologetic authenticity. His legacy continues to inspire generations to embrace their true selves.
Room to Breathe — James Baldwin
A soft sky blue crelly illuminated by a delicate pink glow and a whisper of scattered light. Airy, calm, and quietly radiant, this shade feels like light moving through open space — gentle, steady, and unmistakable once it’s seen.
James Baldwin was a writer, activist, and one of the most powerful voices of the civil rights era. Through works like Giovanni’s Room and If Beale Street Could Talk, he explored love, identity, and the human need to be understood with unflinching honesty. His writing challenged the world to confront truth — and in doing so, created space for others to live theirs.
Room to Breathe reflects that space — the quiet moment where truth is no longer hidden and you are free to exist as you are.
The First Spark — Stonewall Tribute Topper *Exclusive*
A clear topper filled with shifting aurora flakes and scattered holographic sparks, designed to layer over any shade. A soft golden glow beneath the flakes adds a subtle warmth — like the moment a spark catches light.
In June 1969, patrons of the Stonewall Inn refused to remain silent in the face of police raids. Their resistance sparked days of protest and helped ignite the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement, remembered today as the Stonewall Riots.
The First Spark is a tribute topper honoring the moment the modern Pride movement began. It is only available with the purchase of the whole collection and will included FREE as a thank-you with full collection purchases to help maximize donations to the Fort Wayne Pride Center.
